A local, family-owned garage door company
Specialized Garage Doors is a family-owned, locally operated business based in Highland, Utah. We've built it one neighbor and one referral at a time.
Meet Jacob Swenson
Jacob Swenson is a licensed overhead garage door contractor with more than 20 years in the trade and over 20,000 repairs on residential and commercial doors. Customers know him by name, and many have called him for more than a decade.
When you call Specialized Garage Doors, you're not routed through a call center or handed off to a subcontractor. You get someone who knows garage doors, tells you the truth about what yours needs, and takes pride in doing it right.
Our promise
Specialized Garage Doors will provide a better experience for our customers from start to finish. Our courteous and competent office staff, followed by experienced, professional on-site technicians, will result in exceeding customer expectations.
What that looks like
- Prompt service. Broken doors don't wait, and neither do we.
- Honest recommendations. If a repair makes more sense than a new door, we'll say so.
- Quality parts and doors. So we can stand behind our work with strong warranties.
- Competitive pricing. Plus $19.95 off any repair for new customers.
Fixed before our trip
Jacob was fast and efficient and reasonable. We were leaving town and he got in and fixed our broken spring before we left giving us peace of mind to enjoy our trip.
Came right over
Jake is the nicest guy ever. We called when our garage door wasn't working and he came right over and fixed it for us. He is fast, knowledgable, and professional.
Ten years of maintenance
Specialized Garage Doors replaced my garage door motor in January of 2019 and have done routine maintenance on my doors for the last 10 years. They are very prompt and professional.
